I would like to highly recommend Bill Osborne to be an integral part of your ministry. Having known Bill for more than two years, I have witnessed nothing but a strong work ethic, creative insights and a positive disposition. We worked along side each other while he was serving as the Director of Ministry Operations at Light of Life Christian Fellowship located at Virginia Beach. During this time Bill performed a vast number of functions such as running audio visual equipment, creating and maintaining our website and supervising all renovations at the church. He performed all of these duties far above all of our expectations. So much so that he was quickly promoted to the position of Executive Director. In this new role he assumed responsibility of scheduling, coordinating and overseeing the assistant pastors, worship team, sound team, greeters and ushers.

Bill was instrumental both in the church itself and in the personal lives of the church leadership. Together, we initiated a plan for Pneuma Bible Institute, an intense blend of academic and experiential training in the areas of Biblical principles and leadership training. In my own personal ministry, Bill coached and consulted me through the process of creating the International Coaching Network which is now a successful business endeavor.
