To Whom It May Concern: I am pleased to commend to you Bill Osborne, a man of integrity, moral courage and sound Christian character. When I served as a home group leader at the church where Bill worked as Executive Director of Operations, I was impressed by his intelligence, enthusiasm, commitment and resourcefulness. People were amazed at the range of Bill's talents and commented that they would not know what to do without him. He has outstanding computer/Internet technical ability, knowledge for running audio/visual equipment, a strong administrative gifting and excellent organizational skills. Like his master, he can even do carpentry work. Bill's attributes of discretion and humility are equally important for Christian service. His actions demonstrate a real servant's heart.
